Today’s QOTD is a multimedia one, based on research comparing mouth-to-anus digestion of a processed food meal with a whole food meal. HT to food+tech, who notes “the video is a disturbing look at how difficult it is for the body to break down food made for shelf-life.”
Notice how the shape of the ramen noodle is still apparent on the left and the handmade ramen noodles on the right are no longer recognizable as noodles, even after two and a half hours?
That’s because Top Ramen is made to survive Armageddon. Our homemade ramen noodles are made to be eaten.
