My BBS is on hiatus for right now. Looks like sciatic pain is a herniated disc which may require surgery. Ugh. But I remain a fan of BBS. Was hoping to see a reduction in fasting insulin, but looking at Stephan’s latest, am now thinking that’s partially determined by fat mass. Having blood work done tomorrow, so we’ll see!
