And here’s NYTimes’ columnist Gretchen Reynolds, author of the recently published “The First 20 Minutes: Surprising Science Reveals How We Can Exercise Better, Train Smarter, Live Longer.”
What is lost in that is that fitness is almost certainly more important than fatness. … If you have to choose, choose to be fit, whether you lose weight or not.
