
I stir a little water into some chocolate protein powder (I use Primal Fuel) and a dash of cinnamon until it’s the consistency of pudding. Then I mix with yogurt.
Oh is this good! I think you could use it as a dessert topping. Kinda tastes like a chocolate cheesecake mousse. Yum!
