Tickets for the second Ancestral Health Symposium (AHS12) are now available. If you were debating about going last year but didn’t, I definitely encourage you to consider the sequel! This year’s program looks just as promising as last year’s, and best yet, there’s an extra half-day of paleo goodness!
Location. I lived in Boston for nearly 20 years (half of them close to Harvard) and I think this is a fab location … and it’s a good destination to bring the not-into-paleo spouse or family for a vacation. Lots to do in Boston and Cambridge, and there are also great places to go nearby, like the Cape, the islands (Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket), or parts north, like Lake Winnepesaukee in NH or Bar Harbor in Maine.
Staying/getting there. AHS12 has negotiated a nice rate for the very upscale Charles Hotel in Harvard Square ($209/nt). But if that’s steep, registered conference attendees can use the conference Crowdvine social networking site to find roomies. Alternatively, you could stay out in the burbs somewhere, drive in early and park at the Alewife parking garage and take the T from Alewife to Harvard Sq.
Hope to see you there!
