Well, that was annoying! Not sure how long the home page was blank, but it’s restored now. Turns out I had a 0 byte index.htm — all I needed to do was rename that, then load an individual page, and voila, the index page is back. Yee-ha! The following were useful in diagnosing this problem: [...]
